Refund and Returns Policy
At Nescura, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
We allow for only complete order cancellations until none of the items in your order have been shipped from our warehouse(s). Once your cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your source account in the form of refund. This is applicable only for non-cash on delivery orders.
In case product reaches you in damaged condition, we exchange the product.
Note- The courier cost is non-refundable.
